losing good appearance especially from sun rays it easy to damage the skin
texture at the end your skin can get wrinkles
you need to eat food with a great amount of vitamin E to
prevent skin from ageing example sunflower seeds, peanut, almond and some
vegetables like spinach and broccoli also you can use vitamin E oil for your
skin daily.

Exercise is the best weapon to ageing because it helps to
keep your body fit every time and also to make skin smooth ever so it easy for
you to avoid getting older you can keep a schedule for every day just Almost 30
minutes morning and evening but you can do more if you can it's good for you.

eat healthily
Don't eat everything you see or you want but eat what Is
needed to your body so as to keep your health and fit you can eat a balanced
diet especial to your blood group do as to avoid unnecessary food which may
lead to some disease and also u become fatty more at the end you reduce the good appearance of your skin and body.
Avoid stress
Stress is a little word but has a lot of negative effect on
your skin health it reduces the immunity in the body and also leads to keeping
you unhappy It may end up creating wrinkles on your face early than you
expected so you need to be very positive to everything try to be normal and
happy we only live once.
